We are currently looking to recruit a HR professional who has extensive experience working within a Learning and Development environment. Within this position you will be responsible for the following: •Ensure consistent approach to HR processes and advice •Training and development •Health and safety •Implementation of tailored HR solutions and effective delivery. •Responsibility for Monthly payroll •Assisting senior management with HR strategies •Development and delivery of appropriate training This position is a generalist HR position however there is a strong emphasis on Training and Development and it is essential that your previous experience consists of working in a generlist position but you must come from a predominantly training background more recently. The successful candidate will be CIPD qualified and also have demonstrable experience of the following: Employee relations performance management Training and Development Occupational health Payroll Policy development Advisory role Employment Law Project management

This position is based in Birmingham City Centre and the succcessful candidate must be flexible with their working hours as you you be expected to work 1 in 4 weekends and also cover some Bank holidays.
