Competencies § Educated to Bachelors Degree level § MCSD qualifications highly desirable § 5+ years commercial experience in delivering Microsoft application technology solutions § Experience in working with integration technologies, product suites, web services, etc § Experienced client facing skills § Ability to create innovative technical designs, content and accurate documentation § Commercial exposure to Portal Technologies; Business Intelligence or Knowledge Management systems; application server frameworks. · Compulsory: o commercial experience designing, delivering and troubleshooting projects utilising: § .NET Framework (C#/VB.net) § COM / DCOM / COM+ § XML / XSL § Transact-SQL, Stored Procedures § Database design skills § SQL Server Admin · Desirable o commercial experience delivering projects involving: § J2EE / Java § Enterprise Content Management Systems § Portals § Integration software (MS BizTalk Server, BEA, etc) § Technical architecture (UML, SOA, OOAD etc.) Security paradigms and protocols (LDAP, ADS, HTTPS/SSL/TLS)
