Leads projects, having had full end to end project experience.Provides work shadow opportunities for Junior Consultants. Coaches Consultants and Junior Consultants.Is a recognised source of knowledge transfer to colleagues, customers and partners Builds knowledge and reputation as an expert in specialist area, but also has cross component experience. We would also look for a broad industry background. Has taken on a lead Consultant role and has exp of dealing with board level and Senior management. Acts as co-team leader either on site or on assignment. Achieves own personal utilization target Exposure to Web technologies would be advantageous. Skills: ensure appropriate specialist support is provided to customers; partners and SAP Consultants to provide an effective and timely implementation Typically certified in 2 or more product areas of application (if certification available) Exp of at least one complete R/3 implementation, including go-live and productive use minimum 4 years experience of R/3 Administration Relevant professional qualifications. Advanced consulting skills Accomplished in written and oral presentation skills. Project management, experienced in training. Ability and willingness to travel anywhere within UK & occasionally Europe.
