My client, based in Wembley, is a leading direct marketer of computers, hardware and software with company-wide annual sales of over one and a half billions dollars. They are currently looking for a credit controller to join their already strong team. Their ideal candidate will have at least 1 years credit control experience with a sound numerical background and competent in credit control & collection techniques. The purpose of the position is to collect payment on invoices via telephone and correspondence in accordance with agreed customer payment terms; to resolve customer queries in an efficient and courteous manner; and to ensure that the accuracy of customer account balances is maintained.
