| "Personal Specification: Working for a dynamic video communication company with a large & varied client base, the role is a varied mix of installations;project management support, site surveys, some pre sales support, supplier interaction & collation of product price & detail for bespoke solution. Working as part of the Help Desk team will involve client interaction, problem solving & completing reports in line with the company data base requirements. You will need to be able to prioritize in a pressured & fast paced environment and work & communicate effectively with clients, suppliers and colleagues. Attention to detail with regards to installation standards, record keeping, site surveying & technical drawing is required. A minimum of 2 years AV/VC experience is required. A project management background would be favourable, but not essential. Additional information essential skills: Must be computer literate. Thorough AV knowledge. Excellent customer facing skills. Energy & self-motivation. Video conferencing experience. Installation skills. Full clean driving liscence. Relevant VC & AV qualification desirable but not essential: Project management experience technical drawing AMX/Crestron knowledge.
