| "Senior Technical Architect to assist customers implement products & offer support; defining architectures, configuring software & implementing reports. Providing solutions to customers via the telephone & email through troubleshooting, research & investigation, You will have at least 5 years exp providing direct support to customers (ie, technical support, consulting services) and/or software engineering experience implementing packaged applications, preferably financial applications software. 2 years + exp supporting business applications such as CRM, ERP, Financials, etc. In-depth understanding of Windows operating system, knowledge of Unix, Linux a plus. Two or more of the following: in-depth understanding of Web based applications & J2EE Application Server technology, including JSP, Servlets, BEA WebLogic, or IBM Websphere. 3 years + XML, Java using OO concepts, in a commercial environment. Strong working knowledge of Oracle database admin - installing, configuring, tuning. Familiarity with financial application software such as Peoplesoft, SAP, etc. Hands-on exp of SiteMinder & Active Directory. Understanding of networking concepts, configurations. Exp with report generation packages (Cognos, Hyperion, Crystal Reports). Familiarity with risk management, Business Intelligence, corporate governance, data asset management and/or business process management solutions. There will be limited travel. Ideally a graduate, with can do attitude for UK start up of US company!." |
