You should have a number of years experience of working in a test environment within high-tech engineering/manufacturing company on capital equipment or special purpose machines. Experience of system fault-finding, diagnosing to hardware or software subsystem level. Competent in XML. Experience of modern languages such as C# or C++. Experience of configuring PCs and installing software packages. Understanding of precision mechanisms and their associated electrical control systems. Knowledge of PC and Windows set-up procedures.
